Consultation

There are times when we face specific questions and seek professional guidance without engaging in ongoing therapy. Issues such as career changes, moving or studying abroad, specific human resource concerns, approaches to promoting wellness at home or work, and consultations for mental health clinicians or supervisors regarding their clients or trainees can be effectively addressed in a consultation session.

Group Therapy

A therapeutic group is an excellent place to work on oneself and relationships with others, as it provides a microcosm of the larger society where we develop our ideas about ourselves and interpersonal relationships. It offers a safe environment to closely examine and improve our self-perception and relationships, leading to a more fulfilling life. Additionally, a therapeutic group is a great place to strengthen skills for managing stress, anxiety, and depression, and to cultivate healthier habits, as a group of supportive peers with similar struggles and goals embark on the therapeutic journey together.

At this time, I plan to offer free groups during September-November and February-April.

  • I currently provide services exclusively via telehealth, accepting clients residing in Florida or California. Please note that online therapy is not suitable for clients experiencing heightened suicidal thoughts, self-injurious behaviors, substance abuse, psychosis, or safety concerns.

  • Payments are accepted via credit card at the end of each session. At this time, I do not accept insurance. However, if your insurance offers Out of Network coverage, you may be able to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier. Please check with your insurance provider regarding your specific coverage.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
